FigsiT (figsit.com) is run by Tyler Jay Stansell. This policy explains what information we collect when you use FigsiT, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language. If you have a question, email us at support@figsit.com.

Voice input. If you use the microphone button, your browser turns your speech into text, and we receive only the text. Your browser's speech service (for example, Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) handles the audio under its own privacy policy.
When a plan is created, FigsiT may turn the project (for example, "replace a toilet fill valve") into a public how-to guide on figsit.com that anyone can read. Guides contain the project, tools, materials and steps only. They never include your name, email or account details. If you typed something personal into a project and want it removed, email us.
FigsiT is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, FigsiT earns from qualifying purchases. When you click a shopping link, you go to Amazon, and Amazon may set cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy. Buying through our links does not change your price.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising based on your activity across other sites. We share it only with:
We keep account information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons, such as payment records. Public guides stay up because they contain no personal information.
You can ask us to:
Email support@figsit.com from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days. We offer these rights to everyone, wherever you live, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. FigsiT does not currently change how it works when it receives one, and we do not track you across other websites.
FigsiT is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable safeguards: account and payment information is kept on servers that only FigsiT's administrators can access, and payments run through Wix's secure checkout. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we will tell account holders by email or on the site.
